ReSetna Dev Update
We are listening & improving!
First off, a huge thank you to everyone playing ReSetna! We want you to know - we are listening.
Our team is constantly working on updates, polishing the experience and addressing your feedback. And by this, we mean especially bug reports and gameplay improvements.
At the moment, this is what we are working on
Gameplay Adjustments & Fixes
- Smoother movement – Removing light pushback in the air and ensuring you keep momentum
- Better aiming & combat controls – Right stick will activate aiming, Left Bumper will be for ranged attacks, and aiming will smoothly adjust the camera
- Combat feel & flow – Ground pound will cancel combos properly, and time scaling in combos will be adjusted for better responsiveness
UI & QoL Improvements
- Mini-map is coming! It’ll be on the bottom right, zoomed in for better navigation
- Ground pound cooldown – A visual indicator will make it clearer when you can use it again
Enemy & Boss Improvements
- Hitbox fixes – Large enemies will have proper hitboxes on both their bodies and legs
- Better pacing in battle zones – Enemy spawns will be adjusted for fairer, more strategic fights
- SOLA_9 boss arena adjustments – We’re refining platform placement for a smoother fight
Our goal is making sure you enjoy playing ReSetna
When we started designing ReSetna, our goal was to include everything one Metroidvania should have. This is why we included:
- double jumps
- air dashes
- wall jumps
- teleporting between checkpoints
- spawn points right in front of boss rooms
- ability to place markers on the map
We want ReSetna to be the game a true Metroidvania player loves to play.
That is why we are listening and trying to make ReSetna better every day. Keep the feedback coming!
