Crimson Snow Deluxe News

These bugs were made known to us by others, thanks so much for letting us know of them!

-Fixed a softlock issue when you go into the throne room of Foreline after Astrophel tells you to go to Liylah to speak with the gardener there

-Fixed a bug where if you use the map while you're near Ozzy's boat, the ocean sounds continue to play

-Fixed a bug where if you use the map while you're in the caves of Liylah, you'll continue to hear your footsteps from the cave

-Fixed a bug where Strawberry repeats her interaction with Astrophel after completing the quest where she gives you cake

-Fixed a bug where you would get more key and seaweed pieces after completing the key and seaweed quests in Liylah

-Fixed a bug where you could walk on the wood in the forest (Silly Phantom Scott!)

-Fixed a bug where you could walk on the bookshelves in Havok's house (Silly Phantom Scott x2!)

- Fixed a softlock in Normal/ill/Pernicious routes where Phantom Scott wouldn't let you go into the queen's castle after killing Krungest in his house

This was a strange one, as this never happened with any of our playtesters until someone reported it to us. We've done this route several times and yet this never occured, so this was new to all of us. Very glad it was brought to our attention. Thanks!

This round of bug fixes was odd. We thought we had fixed these in a prior build, but since we're just two people, some things just slip through the cracks

> Fixed a bug in where Dariel spawns in Foreline before you talk to the queen about going to the Liylah kingdom when you have your sword out in Normal/ill/Pernicious routes

>Fixed a bug when killing Krungest in the fields if you didn't kill him when you first met him in his house

>Fixed a bug when killing Samira and Kylen in the fields if you didn't kill them when you first met them in their house

Hello everyone! We're proud to say that Crimson Snow Deluxe is playable on Steam Deck!

Please go to the "Community Controls" tab and click on the "Official Crimson Snow Deluxe
Controls" on your Steam Deck to allow for the correct controls to be activated on your copy of the
game

Some areas will be required to use your touchscreen. Such as some quests or interacting with the
“Map of Nor” item.

We've also added an easier way to access the game's instruction manual! You may find it under Crimson Snow Deluxe's Steam store page!

There was a small texture error in the Forelinian mess hall that was found, so we fixed that as well

If you find a bug like that within the game, please contact the developers on Crimson Snow Deluxe’s Steam Community Page if you downloaded it through Steam or comment on Crimson Snow Deluxe’s Itch.io page if you have downloaded it through there. Both pages will be updated accordingly if there is a bug found on either one that needs attention

Dev notes:

While working on putting the correct controls on Steam Deck, we noticed some bugs while testing there. So might as well patch them here as well just in case they were on PC too, haha!
