Small update

[p][/p][p]Captains! A new hotfix has been deployed to the servers, bringing a number of changes based on recent feedback and discussions.[/p][p][/p][h3]This update includes the following adjustments:[/h3]

• [p]Removed PvP protection deactivation near enemy ports[/p]
• [p]Restored the ability to transport prisoners under a peace flag[/p]
• [p]Reverted the fishing mini-game to the previous version[/p]
• [p]Reduced the requirements for obtaining the King of the Arena medal[/p]
• [p]Updated imperial fort parameters:[/p]
  • [p]recovery time has been accelerated[/p]
  • [p]damage dealt has been reduced[/p]
• [p]Minor fixes and improvements[/p]
