New Additions

— Links to external web pages are now banned in chat as well as in guild and trade spot names and character overhead announcements;
— Say hello to "Whoosh-2000", new in-game transport;
— New login screen art has been added;то

Game Economy

— “Saint Vallen’s Day” event is now live;
— Magic Seal Blessing is here too. Your seal upgrades are boosted when using Arconite Sealing Wax;
— Steam Marketplace is back online;
— Some in-game features are now locked behind levels to regulate the activities affecting game economy:
• Sending mail: Level 15+. Receiving mail: Level 1+;
• Trading with other players: Level 15+;
• Setting up trade spots: Level 15+;
• Using Steam Marketplace in-game: Level 15+;
• Using Guild Warehouse: Level 20+.
— Boss scrolls are not anymore available for sale in Guild Shop. Guild leaders can now purchase Monster Summoning Seals. Expect more items coming soon.

Fixes

— Footstep sounds when using legless transport have been removed;
— Decorations are now displayed correctly when using Cloud Deity;
— Recipes, blood and transmutation cards’ descriptions are now displayed properly;
— The issue allowing players duplicate items in Steam Inventory, bypassing Game Rules has been fixed;
— “Devastator” talent now works properly. Also, when using Earthquake with 0 Fury points, Contusion does not apply to enemies anymore.
Improvements
— When unequipping/swapping gear, the following effects, that have been previously applied, are removed: Poison, Bleeding, Healing, Pain, Burning, Chaos, Vigor, Chill, Contusion, Shock, Plague, Parasite, Seal of Nosferatu;
— Warehouse Ticket icon updated;
— More Catalysts can now be obtained when completing "Total transformation: First Meeting" and "Total transformation: Tranzamples" quests;
— Siege time has been optimized for Astus, Aztec and Ortos servers.

💘Saint Vallen’s Day in Royal Quest! 💘

Elenia is celebrating Saint Vallen’s Day and the love vibe is everywhere! Look for Amuron and Roc Goldberg and complete their special quests netting some Epic rewards!

When dealing with monsters during the festival event, keep an eye out for Love Arrows drops. Remember, the Level gap between you and the monster shouldn’t exceed 15 Levels for maximum efficiency. Once you’ve fired 25 Love Arrows at players of opposite gender, you will receive Saint Vallen’s Gift.

Inside lies the Broken Heart Shard. Collect 100 shards to craft the tranzample prototype — Heart Affairs Specialist's Gear Box.

But wait, there's more! Complete special quests to unlock even more Saint Vallen’s Day rewards:

🎯 Love Affairs

How to start? Check your completed quests list.
What to do? Find Amuron in the center of Varlone.
Reward: Heart Affairs Specialist's Gear Box (personal, 1 pcs.).

💝 Romantic promo

How to start? Talk to Roc Goldberg in Varlone.
What to do? Bring him 50 Love Arrows.
Reward: Saint Vallen’s Gift (personal, 1 pcs.)
Note: This quest can be completed multiple times.

🏹 Love Buzz

How to start? Find Amuron in the center of Varlone.
What to do? Hit 350 targets with Love Arrows and visit Omnis near the Elenium Converter in Varlone.
Reward: Mysterious Ancient Scroll (personal, 1 pcs.). Remember, this could come in handy for the upcoming events!

We’d like to announce that from February 11, 7 PM (CET) until February 25, 7 PM (CET) "Royal Quest Online – Hero Power" will be available for free on Steam 🔥

Or if you purchased the DLC before February 11, you will receive the equivalent amount in reales as early as February 12.

🛠Scheduled maintenance works will take place on Wednesday, February 12, at 6 AM (CET). The maintenance works will be over around 10 AM (CET).

The update will see the launch of the Saint Vallen’s Day event.

Action time of active Premium Accounts and traders will be extended for the duration of the works. Patch notes detailing the update will be published before the maintenance works are over.

We want to express our sincere gratitude to the External Testing Participants since they managed to detect a critical vulnerability within the party-finding mechanic. Due to that, the release of this feature will be postponed until the error is fixed.
