DevLog 11 | Together Now – Multiplayer Is Here!
Hello Community
[p]Nice to have you here.
Make yourselves comfortable, there’s some news.[/p][p][/p]
Multiplayer is here
[p]Yes.
You can now do nothing together.[/p][p]Multiplayer is available starting now.
You can drift through the world together as floating souls, chill, look around, stop for a moment, keep floating, or just let your PC run.
Co-op, but cozy.[/p][p]You can also just join an unknown session.
Maybe you’ll meet other souls.
Maybe not.[/p][p]And if no one is there, a small place for souls will quietly form on its own.
Eventually, someone will drift in.
And then you’re simply there together.[/p][p][/p][p]
[/p]
Souls with a look
[p]The soul now has… an appearance.
Small. Cute. Floating.[/p][p]And the best part:
Your friends can now see you.
Wander together. Stay silent together. Accomplish nothing together.[/p][p][/p][p]
[/p]
Weather now does weather things
[p]If it rains and you stand in the rain: You get wet. Like real… Souls.[/p][p]All players in a session can change the weather.
Sun? Rain? Fog?
Just adjust it to the mood.[/p][p][/p]
Performance (but relaxed)
[p]All levels have been reworked so everything runs more smoothly.
Less stutter, more floating.[/p][p]A small Ultra misunderstanding has also been resolved:
Ultra was actually Cinematic (oops).
It looks nice, but it’s not meant for gameplay and is very GPU-hungry.
The settings are now back to how they should be.[/p][p]The graphics settings have been completely reworked.[/p][p][/p][p]
[/p][p]If you experience any visual issues, please try resetting the settings first.[/p][p]If that doesn’t help:
Go to the following path and delete the Saved folder:[/p]
[/p][p][/p][p]After that, restart the game and calmly re-adjust your graphics and sound settings.
No rush. No stress.[/p][p]Additionally, some objects were optimized.
They now feel… more efficient.[/p][p][/p]
Small things, big calm
[p]A few general improvements for stability and performance are also included.
In the coming days, small fixes may appear, quietly.
A bigger update will come later. Someday. When it’s time.[/p][p][/p][p]Have a relaxing time in the game.
Breathe. Float.[/p][p]And feel free to ask yourself:[/p][p]“Why am I playing this?”
No idea. But it feels good. 🌙[/p][p][/p][p]
