Why is the massive engine upgrade we’re in the middle of so important? More reasons than I will bore you with here. But overall performance is the main reason. Our current Steam build chokes hard and frame rate drops from all of the physics and things we ask of it. But check the video attached to this newsletter for a peek at a bleeding edge build in the new engine. How many weapons can you grab from behind the crowd barrier? ALL OF THEM! Even with the physics reactions set to 10 and things flying out of the way the frame rate holds. This matters now and will matter even more as we add more wrestlers in the ring, more moves, more interactive environments, more more MOAR :)

I fucking LOVE Mat Dickie! His recent award from YouTube is not well deserved...it’s well EARNED. Do we agree on everything under the sun? HELL NO! Who cares? Fact is, he didn’t let pussy internet trolls deter him from pursuing his vision and his goals. I can relate. Visions may differ and our unique life perspectives as well, but I would proudly fight alongside this man in any and every war against the keyboard chikenshits bleaking “give up!” while doing absolutely NOTHING to make the gaming world a better place.
