[p]Updated to the latest Steam SDK. This should resolve some mod and map loading issues experienced by server admins and players.[/p][p]Removed the requirement for an existing Entrada server that relayed some Steam API calls between Miscreated game servers and Steam.[/p][p]As a result of the above, the sv_noBannedAccounts CVar has been removed.[/p][p]With the retirement of the Entrada server, SKIN APPLICATION AT KIOSKS WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION, and PLAYERS WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE NEW SKINS.[/p][p]We will be exploring options to restore skin functionality in a future update.[/p][p]IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SERVER LISTINGS[/p][p]------------------------------------[/p][p]There are NO OFFICIAL MISCREATED SERVERS.[/p][p]Any server claiming to be "OFFICIAL" is MISREPRESENTING ITSELF and as such[/p][p]SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.[/p]

Fixed issue with Respawn At Base timer.
Fixed display width for the Respawn At Base text.

Fixed the respawn timers, so they are now correct.
The black screen on respawn should happen a lot less frequently now.
Increased the width of the Respawn At Base text, so it doesn't get clipped off.
