4th King's Edict: Closed beta

[p]The tireless and industrious Goblins have not been idle, and something new has begun to take shape in their workshops![/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Skill System during Battles: Now, during battles, you will be able to use certain skills to turn the tide of battle. Be careful, though, as skills will cost resources, and your enemy will be able to use them too![/p][p][/p][p][/p]
  • [p]New Quests System: The missions will now have an important change. There will be royal tasks given by the King and his subordinates, and local tasks given by the locals. Royal tasks will be the only ones to guarantee you the King's Pleasure, while local tasks will guarantee you resources. This will allow for better balance and progression throughout the game. But that's not all! In addition to single-battle missions, there will be step missions, which will see Commanders engaged in different stages of battle. You will need to plan the deployment of your troops carefully![/p][p][/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Equipment now based on troops' level: Until now, anyone could equip anything in the demo, but that will no longer be the case! Equipment will have a required troop level in order to be equipped![/p][p][/p]
  • [p]More than 50 weapons and 50 armors: The final version will feature more than 50 weapons and 50 armors! You can have fun customising your troops![/p]
  • [p]Start Closed Beta Today: The closed beta starts today! Join our Discord to learn more and apply to participate as a Beta Tester.[/p]
  • [p]New Steam Capsule: New splash art for Steam that will also be featured in the game![/p]

New release date!

[p]Well, here we are, announcing the game's release delay like one of those big development houses! The new release date will be Q1 2026. 2nd King's Edict: Progression and Battle buildings

[p]From the high peaks of IronPeak, a royal messenger pushes his way through the crowd to climb onto a wooden crate that creaks ominously. Clearing his throat, he begins to shout:[/p][p][/p][h3]"Our esteemed, glorious and unique king announces the following ...":[/h3][p][/p]
  • [p]Greater depth, if we want to call it that, has been introduced into a strategy that does not take itself too seriously, through the Traits of the troops. Each troop can have up to a maximum of 3 traits randomly generated by the game.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
  • [p]We are breathing new life into the map. New pieces have been introduced: the Wandering Merchant and the recruitable Angry Farmers.[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]In the demo, the death of troops has always been permanent, with no possibility of returning to life. In the final version, it will be possible to resurrect some of your heroes who have fallen in battle thanks to a new structure: the Graveyard.[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]A good Commander is someone who has talent... or develops it battle after battle: the progression system arrives via Talents that can be unlocked with Glory Points acquired after each battle.[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Among the various unlockable Talents, there will be one that unlocks Battle buildings. In the final version, battles will be more complex and entertaining, giving players the chance to build powerful ballistas, imposing turrets, etc.[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]The most exciting new feature: pyjamas![/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Some minor fixes to gameplay and UI.[/p]
