In Twinkleby, you are invited into a starlit world where creativity knows no bounds. Decorate enchanting homes and gardens — whether charming, adorable, eccentric, or delightfully strange — and watch as whimsical residents arrive to settle on your islands, each drawn to your unique sense of style.

Twinkleby is set to launch this fall on PC, Mac, and Linux, with full Steam Deck compatibility.



About Twinkleby

In Twinkleby, the whole world is your inventory. Here you can rebuild, redesign, discover new items and unlock a wide range of customization, including colors, backdrops, weathers and seasons. As you customize the scenery, you also change the soundtrack of your dreamscapes.

Based on your decoration choices, tiny neighbors will soon arrive on flying boats. Be aware that some are incredibly rare and only the most dedicated player will collect them all. If you feel your island is getting too crowded, simply throw your residents bags off the side of the island, and they’ll take the hint and soar away through the air.

However, it might be a good idea to not be too hasty to say goodbye to them, since your tiny friends carry gifts for you if you make them happy.




If you suddenly want to shake things up, there´s a twist. You can simply toss your houses and items over the island’s edge! Don´t worry, anything thrown away will be safely returned to your collection.



Of course, you can still decorate each of your islands to perfection and travel further along the Twinkleby star chart in search of new friends and lost islands.

Welcome to Twinkleby — a whimsical skybound sandbox where cozy decoration meets delightful absurdity.

Sail across a glittering archipelago of floating islands, furnishing and customizing adorable houses and lush gardens. Mix and match items, colors, patterns, and even the weather, season, and backdrop to create your perfect dreamscape.

Your decorating style will attract an ever-changing cast of quirky residents, each with their own personalities that shape how they interact with the world — and with each other. Keep them happy and they’ll shower you with gifts to say thanks.



If you don’t like what you’ve created, you can toss unwanted houses, furniture, or trinkets right over the island’s edge — everything will safely boomerang back into your collection. And if a neighbor’s charm wears thin, pack up their bag and send them floating off into the starlit skies.



Of course, you can also keep your cherished creations exactly as they are, expanding your adventures deeper into the twinkling expanse — who knows, perhaps you’ll stumble upon secret islands waiting to be discovered …

About the Twinkleby Demo

Discover one of the first islands in the game and decorate your own cute corner of the sky in the Twinkleby Demo.

Customise the weather, season and backdrop to tailor your dreamscape to your own wishes. Set down your houses, furnish them and design your garden with a collection of items and customisation options. But be sure to keep an eye out, you’ll be able to discover more as you play!



Two charming residents will make themselves at home on your island as you play the demo. These cute characters have their own personalities, choosing how they interact with the environment and each other.

Since the initial game demo release this spring, it has been upgraded with more items and scenery, allowing you to build in the dreamy summery outdoors, and to create gothic scenes filled with billowing fog and flickering candles.



In the Twinkleby Demo, you can:

✦ Discover your first floating island and make it your own.
✦ Decorate your houses and garden with an item collection that expands as you play.
✦ Unlock a new backdrop with blue skies and fluffy clouds, a new foggy weather and several new items for you to decorate your island with.
✦ Meet two quirky characters that will make their way to your little corner of space.
✦ Try to make your new residents happy by fulfilling their wishes (or evict them from your island if they get on your nerves).
✦ Throw any items off the side of the island, it will all be returned to your collection.
✦ Compose the soundtrack using the weathers, seasons and backdrops.
✦ Enjoy relaxing gameplay without the stress of lose conditions and game overs.

Escape to a sunny island and relax while you decorate your houses and your garden! We are very happy to say that we have released the Twinkleby Steam Next Fest Demo. 🌞

The demo features a new backdrop with fluffy clouds and a new weather condition with eerie mist – both with a matching soundtrack.
In addition, there are several new types of items for decoration to match the scenery changes - create anything from romantic picnics in the sun to dark gothic nights surrounded by flickering candles.

The Twinkleby demo is playable on PC and Steam Deck and available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
