Progression streamlined

This update aims to make the game a little bit more user friendly.

Changes:

• Added more hints to the diary for hidden Mechanism codes
  
• Fixed quite a few bugs connected to closing the BP Manager
  
• Added descriptions to achievements
  
• Floppy animation tweaked when inside the Machine
  
• Moved some things around a tiny bit
