"Bucket, list" update

• Added a "bucket" / "plate" for the printer. Now you can collect all (most) of the coins at once
  
• Added more console commands, some hidden commands are now displayed in "help"
  
• Changed existing commands so they are easier to type
  
• Mechanism logs are more readable
  
• Secret codes are now emitting particles
  
• "Door opener" is a proper challenge now
  
• You can turn the lamps on/off (try it!)
  
• Fixed some clipping issues, jank colliders
  
• Fixed the wording on most mechanisms
