1. If you encounter any issues causing the game to crash and cannot even start, please follow the steps: In the "Start Game" screen, click the settings menu in the upper-right corner, and select "Reset Journey." After resetting, you should be able to playing normally. Please report this kind of issue to us, we will fix it asap.
2. The DEMO is Windows only (for now).
3. Permanent DEMO Access: This DEMO is not time-limited and will remain available even after the full game launches. However, progress from the DEMO will not carry over to the full version.
4. Bug Reporting: If you encounter any issues, please use the "Report Bug" button in the game settings. Alternatively, feel free to share your feedback directly with us through our community.
5. Feedback & Surveys: A feedback survey for the DEMO will be available soon. In the meantime, we welcome your thoughts and suggestions via our community or email.
6. Localization Updates: Some minor language issues may still be present. We are actively working with our localization partners to optimize and proofread all text.
7. Multilingual Support: Additional languages (Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Russian, English, and Simplified/Traditional Chinese) will be available at the full game launch. If you’re interested in assisting with localization, please refer to the FAQ section for more details.
8. The DEMO does not represent the final quality of the game. We are continuously refining and improving the experience!
