Added an auto-clear function for the Pure Coin Push Mode when reaching 1 million points. (Push all the way!)
Added a red flashing alert for expiring contracts.

Adjusted the coin exit gaps in Pure Coin Push Mode to prevent "Gold Bricks" and "Diamonds" from falling through (gap height restricted).
Increased speed of the Lottery Wheel.
Resized the auto-costume change and dismissal buttons in Brave Mode.
