EU Fresh Start Restart - 0200 UTC - November 15

Hey folks,

We're restarting Ezi at 0200 UTC on November 15 to release a hotfix. This restart should resolve the issue with mobs spawning in the Western Hiram Mountains, as well as missing Ancestral Levels.

Downtime is expected to last approximately 1 hour.
