NA Fresh Start Server Restart - 8AM PST - November 15

Hey folks,

We're restarting Nui at 8AM PST on November 15. These restarts will kick a hotix to the server to resolve the missing Ancestral Levels and the issue with mobs spawning in the Western Hiram Mountains region.

Downtime is expected to be under 1 hour.
