Hey! The Basics
- There’s no need to count cards, hovering your Bags of Drawing and Discarding will reveal their contents! Holding Left Shift or Ctrl works too.
- There’s a +10% score bonus for completing a level with perfect health, and another +10% for delivering one of each recipe.
Listen! Managing Your Collection
- The 1 numkey will show your entire card collection and its average MP and TB. This can be helpful when deciding what to buy.
- Once per turn, you can restock a Shop slot by right-clicking. The card you dismiss goes to the back of the deck, so be sure you won’t need it anytime soon.
- When you Cook, the ingredient card can come from ANYWHERE in your collection. Be careful about cooking cards from your hand, because you’ll lose their teal TB value for shopping that turn.
- Cooking culls cards and will keep your deck small, but running out of ingredients will hobble your shopping budget. Ingredients have the best TB in the game.
Watch Out!
- In the demo, the highest Dodge requirement for a bad travel event is 2MP. It’s a safe bet to travel with 2MP still in hand.
- The map key on screen left reveals the contents of unvisited blue nodes, and you can use it to deduce your odds. Gray/visited nodes have no hint key, and contain no bosses or loot cards in the demo. They slightly favor bad events and are drawn from a Revisit deck, not randomly generated.
- The boss space in The Magic Touch level is painful, but can be dodged if you have a small meal prepared. Travel with strong shields until you find this space!
- If your curse reaches its max level 3, it will auto-trigger next time a curse event is drawn! This will not reset its timer.
