EA Sports gave us a preview of the latest installment in their popular racing series, EA Sports F1 25, yesterday, and there were a lot of new things to go over. With updated features across the board, we’re going to focus specifically on one major update in the game, and that’s the overhauled My Team mode, which gives you incredible control over your team in ways you’ve never been able to before.
My Team 2.0 in F1 25 is a huge reimagination of the owner system, with you now focused on being the owner of two cars and managing two drivers on your team. As a team owner rather than an owner/driver, as seen in previous versions, the stakes of your decisions are higher than ever, having to choose who to favour among two drivers who, despite being on the same team, are still each other’s competitors. These choices will also earn you XP, which is put to use in a new owner perks system that lets your character specialize in certain aspects of managing your team.
