  • [p]Made so players can't build a furnace in the demo. This was causing confusion. The building doesn't serve a purpose in the demo because there are no ore deposits in the demo area.[/p]

  • [p]The game will no longer auto save if an enemy is directly next to the player. This has been added to the settings as "Auto Save During Combat" (default off).[/p]

  • [p]Reorganized some of the controls menu to be more intuitive.[/p]
  • [p]Player buildings now stop rendering when they're further away. This helps improve GPU usage for players with large bases or houses when they are further away from them.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed bug where you could swap two inventory items to bypass inventory slot restrictions (Such as placing a twig in your armor slot).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed bug where under certain conditions, crafting an item would use more material than it should.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed player cursor showing during cutscenes.[/p]
  • [p]Added file corruption detector. File corruption is rare. It can happen when your computer is writing a file to disc but is forcefully interrupted (Such as crashing while saving). This system can automatically reset those broken files back to default.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed bug where mouse sensitivity wouldn't apply your settings when you first start the game.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed bug where NPCs wouldn't play any footstep sounds under certain conditions.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed objects that fall through the map getting repeatedly teleported back up. They will now have a teleport limit.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed raids going on indefinitely if a raiding enemy was spawned somewhere where they can't reach the player.[/p]

[p][/p][h2]Q&A[/h2][p]As promised, we've randomly selected questions, now here are the answers![/p][p][/p][p]Q: How long have you been working on Tropical Monster Girls?[/p][p]A: Development started some time early last year, so around a year and a half.[/p][p][/p][p]Q: Is this your first game on Steam or have you launched others before?[/p][p]A: We've released a few games as a team already and we even have another game coming out a week after Tropical does. Before we were a team, each of us had been working in the game industry for years.[/p][p][/p][p]Q: How many girls will be in the full game?[/p][p]A: Early Access will launch with 5 companions you can rescue. We have immediately plans for adding one more. There are a few hostile and friendly monster girl NPCs that you can encounter. And there's a unique monster girl final boss at the end of the game. [/p][p][/p][p]Q: How big can the game become?[/p][p]A: It's hard to say. The game is already huge, especially for being a small team. So it won't double in size.
