A High Isle Discussion
The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle Chapter Preview livestream will begin Thursday, April 14 at 4PM EDT/9PM BST, on Twitch.tv/Bethesda. During the show, Creative Director Rich Lambert, Art Director CJ Grebb, and Writer-Designer Taylor Cyr team up to discuss the latest Elder Scrolls year-long adventure (spoiler-free!) and share some High Isle gameplay.

Together, they’ll provide an inside look at their approach to developing High Isle and talk about their inspirations when it came to designing this new world and saga. Throughout the livestream, you’ll get an inside look at what makes the Breton people and this story so unique and what kind of adventures you can expect to find within the Systres Archipelago.

Discover what adventures await in High Isle

In addition to all that, the team will also dive deep into Tales of Tribute, the new deckbuilding card game that has quickly become all the rage in Tamriel’s taverns. You’ll discover how the new system plays, what makes it special compared to other card games, and how to win!

Finally, during the show we’ll also reveal High Isle’s first gameplay trailer, and in case you need even more incentive to tune in, watch the livestream live on Twitch and you’ll receive Ouroboros Crown Crates and the Purple Torchbug pet as Twitch reward drops—don’t forget to link your accounts first!
Post Shows & Recaps
Immediately after the Preview concludes, be sure to stick around as Senior Community Manager Gina Bruno and Lead Community Manager Jess Folsom are joined by Lead Gameplay Designer Rob Garrett and Senior Systems Designer Irenio Calmon-Huang for a live demo of a Tales of Tribute match. They’ll show how the card game plays from start to finish and walk the community through its mechanics and various strategies.

In addition to the official post show, there’ll be a series of recap and post-show streams hosted by our ESO Community Managers from all over the globe, so be sure to check them out, too!

ESO Turns 8! Enjoy Bonus XP, Rewards, & Cake During the Anniversary Jubilee!

Grab a slice of cake and join us as we celebrate The Elder Scrolls Online’s eighth birthday with bonuses to XP gains, tons of Event Tickets, and more!
Eat Cake & Celebrate
The Anniversary Jubilee in-game event kicks off on April 7 at 10am EDT, and the partying won’t stop until April 19 at 10am EDT. Once the event begins, you can acquire the free Jubilee Cake Voucher quest from the Crown Store (listed under Quest Starters) and make your way over to the kitchen of the famous Chef Donolon.

Complete the Chef’s quest and you’ll receive this year’s delectable Jubilee Cake, which you can summon from the Tools section in your Collections menu. Each time you enjoy a slice of the tasty dessert during the Anniversary event, you’ll receive a 2-hour 100% XP boost!

Celebrate with a new anniversary cake!
Receive Birthday Rewards
When you complete any of ESO’s many daily quests during the event period, you’ll receive special Anniversary Jubilee Gift Boxes as additional rewards. These daily quests include:
  • Daily crafting writs
  • Daily Delve and World Boss quests
  • Daily Alliance War and Battlegrounds quests
  • Daily Dungeon and Trial quests
  • Daily Heist and Sacrament quests

Within the anniversary boxes, you have a chance to acquire the following commemorative prizes:
  • Basic crafting materials
  • Rare crafting materials, Motif Chapter, Furniture Recipe, Style Item, or Outfit Style page.
  • Transmutation Crystals
  • Desecrated Grave Soil
  • (NEW) Fragment for the Aurora Firepot Spider
  • (NEW) Outfit style page for the Saberkeel armor style - If you’ve already collected a Saberkeel armor style page on the same day, this instead gives you an Aurora Firepot Spider fragment.

Anniversary Jubilee rewards
Event Tickets & the Impresario
In addition to the Jubilee cake’s XP buff, the first time you enjoy a slice each day, you’ll also receive three Event Tickets. In total, you can collect 39 tickets by the end of the event. Just remember: You can hold up to 12 event tickets at any one time, so if you earn more while already at the ticket cap, you’ll lose them!

After you’ve accumulated a healthy number of tickets (via an unhealthy amount of cake), you can find your way to the Impresario event merchant and exchange them for these enticing treasures:
  • Soulfire Dragon Illusion pet fragments
    • Hallowed Hourglass Basin
    • Illuminated Dragon Scroll
    • Kvatchian Incense
  • Fragments for the Aurelic Quasigriff mount
    • Aurelite Gryphon Feather
    • Gilded Gryphon Barding
  • (NEW) Bound style pages for the Saberkeel Armor Style
  • Anniversary Cake Furnishings
  • Aurora Firepot Spider instructions
    • Use to combine the Aurora Firepot Spider Front Legs, Rear Legs, and Firepot fragments into the Aurora Firepot Spider pet!
  • Bag of Jubilee Yesteryear - Contents of the bag include:
    • Worm Cult Motif pages
    • Jephrine Paladin Outfit Style pages
    • Imperial Champion Outfit Style pages (weapon only)
    • The Five Companions Style pages (armor only)
      • Prophet
      • Lyris
      • Sai Sahan
      • Abnur Tharn
  • Group Repair Kits

After the event ends, the Aurora Firepot Spider Instructions will forevermore be available on the Impresario's assistant, Philius Dormier, for the same ticket cost. That way, if you later collect enough tradeable fragments for the rest of the spider, you will be able to put it together with any excess tickets or future ticket earnings.

This event provides the first opportunity for you to acquire the fragments for the Aurielic Quasigriff mount!

The Aurielic Quasigriff mount

Collect all three fragments (with the final one available during a later Q2 event), and you can morph your Soulfire Dragon Illusion pet into this fearsome new mount.

Propagate the Preposterous & Earn Unique Rewards During the Jester’s Festival!

That spectacular time of year has come around once again: friends and foes alike come together, don the mask of the Harlequin, and commemorate all things absurd!

The Jester’s Festival officially kicks off March 31 at 10:00AM EDT, and continues causing chaos until April 7 at 10:00AM EDT! During this jovial romp, you can acquire buffs to XP gains and earn event-specific rewards by completing Jester’s Festival quests.

To join the festivities, head over to the jester pavilions found within the major cities of Ebonheart, Vulkhel Guard, and Daggerfall, and speak to one of three jesters who bear a striking resemblance to Jorunn the Skald-King, Queen Ayrenn, or High King Emeric. If you’re having trouble locating these sites of frivolity, you can get directions by navigating to the Crown Store and picking up the Jester's Festival Invitation Quest.

The jesters of the Jester’s Festival!

After you’ve completed the introductory quest, you’re handsomely rewarded with a delectable Pie of Misrule memento that you can find by opening up the Tools section of your Collections. Upon use during the event period, this tasty treat provides a two-hour, 100% XP buff!
Receive Ridiculous Rewards
There are several daily quests for you to complete during the Jester’s Festival event, and each time you complete one you receive a Jester's Festival Box for your good work. However, the first Jester’s Festival quest you complete each day instead grants you a Stupendous Jester's Festival Box, awarding even more stupendous prizes.

All boxes can include the following items:

  • Revelry Pies
  • Festive Furnishings
  • Jesters Festival Provisioning Recipes
  • "Stealies" that can be sold to vendors for Gold
  • NEW: Cadwell's Surprise Box memento fragment

In addition to the previously mentioned prizes, the Stupendous Jester’s Festival Box has the chance to contain the following goodies:
Procure Preposterous Prizes
Of course, the festival boxes aren’t the only goodies you can collect during this exuberant experience. Three Event Tickets are rewarded for the first Jester’s Festival quest completed each day. Participate in each day of the festivities, and you can earn up to 24 tickets before the end. But remember: You can hold up to 12 event tickets only, so if you earn more while already at the ticket cap, you’ll lose them!

Bring these Event Tickets to the Impresario event merchant, and you can trade them in for the following prizes:
  • All three Soulfire Dragon Illusion Pet Fragments
    • Hallowed Hourglass
