Generally no longer let you propose to Jaxor if you have already been rejected by Oletko (may still be available in old saves due to where the flag is set) If Jaxor is unmarried but Oletko has already rejected you, Oletko's dossier line for him will read 'Jaxor is currently unmarried.' rather than suggesting an alliance.[/p]
