Early Access Is Launched!

Hey everyone, it's a little more than a month since the release of prologue version, and now the early access version is finally ready! I've been working extra hard everyday to add more content for the launch, and here are the list of features that are added in the early access version:

Note : Prologue save file will not transfer over to the full version as there are too many changes and data is not compatible anymore

-Total of 77 items to unlock and sell in your card shop
-Total of 21 furniture, including workbench, personal shelf, card display and auto spray
-Shop lot B able to be fully unlocked and expanded (it's a shop extension where you can place anything, not just warehouse shelf)
-Total of 2714 cards to collect from Tetramon Base, Destiny and Ghost expansions
-Added workbench to bundle bulk cards, sell them on the shelf like regular item
-Added artists name on the cards, a big thank you to all the artists in this project
-Added auto snap function when moving table and shelves
-Total of 8 employees to help your store
-Added full controller support
-Added keybinding setting
-Added 40 Steam achievements
-Added Steam cloud save
-Added save/load game slots
-Added option settings for card pack opening
-Added option settings for different currency
-Added new customer models
-Added open Card Box function to get packs inside
-Now able to hold multiple cards in your hand
-Label will remain on shelf even when empty, workers will restock item based on the label
-Updated a few Tetramon card artwork
-Show card album's total value when opened
-Show card price when hover over them in album
-Reduced shop exp gained from pack opening
-Increased shop exp gained from scanning item on cashier counter
-Will now gain shop exp when customers finish playing at table
-Many many bug fixes

Early Access Launch - 25th September 2024

Hi everyone, after much consideration and planning, I've decided to launch TCG Card Shop Simulator next month on September 25 as early access. The reason for launching much earlier is so that I can involve the players more in the development process during early access, and it will be much more efficient without updating both the main game and the prologue version.

After launching the prologue version, I received a lot of players feedback and I'm much clearer on what features to add or to focus on during development, and I hope to continue with this update and feedback cycle during early access. The early access launch next month will include fully unlocked and updated gameplay content, with more than 2500 cards to collect!

However, the features listed on the roadmap will not be available in the game yet, they will only be added through future updates. During early access, I aim to update the game at least once each month and hopefully with many feedback and updates, the game will progressively evolves into what everyone wanted to play.

Prologue build 0.27

Add able to exit cash register by moving
Fix bug - Anguifish card will not display in album if sorted by number
Fix bug - set game event UI bug out on certain screen aspect ratio
Fix bug - player can press credit card when employee is checking out credit card customer

Prologue build 0.26

Add move and place box function
Starting money increased from 500 to 1000
Shop expansion rent amount lowered by half
Item license unlock price decreased
Customer more likely to find play table with other players
Fix bug - play table fee can be set to any amount when customer is queuing
Fix bug - after buying furniture, tooltip icon will appear
Fix bug - customer always holding shopping bag after finish playing game
Fix bug - hold spray button and exit spray mode, spray will not stop
Fix bug - spam ready cleanser button and hold right click on shelf get multiple cleanser added to hand

Prologue build 0.25

Add arrow keys for movement
Tweak daily price change amount
Add customer popup text if they don't have enough money
Customer have wants and will only buy items they looking for
Warehouse Shelf cost lowered from 2000 to 1200
Checkout counter cost increased from 1200 to 2000
Fix bug - item floating on shelf
Fix bug - customer stuck at shelf
Fix bug - putting item on shelf from hand will not count towards the tutorial task
