V2.2 Update Preview: New Game Mode | Astral Expedition

Today, Audhum brings an early preview of the new game mode of the v2.2 update — Astral Expedition. Let’s dive in!

Upon returning from the Divine Trial in the Entity Illusion, the Inheritors are unexpectedly transported to a planet covered in a surface resembling muscular tissue — the sealed land of Y'golonac’s Skull.
Here, a manifestation formed of black, viscous fluid is steadily corrupting the seal. To prevent the World Tree from being infected and parasitized, the Inheritors must defeat this entity and reseal it.

[h3]✦✦✦ Gameplay Overview ✦✦✦[/h3]
Inheritors will form 3-player squads within their Caravan to challenge a brand-new boss:
[One of the Parasitic Old Ones, the Skin-Splitter of the Corrupted Star Core — the Embodiment of Y'golonac’s Skull: Darkvein Adiposer] Once the battle begins, Darkvein Adiposer will periodically increase its defense and attack, either over time or when receiving a certain amount of damage. Be cautious of its complex and aggressive skills.
During the event, once a squad is formed, players cannot team up with others outside that squad.
Players can challenge unlimited times, and only your highest score will be recorded. By completing the challenge, players can earn rich rewards, including Squad Points, Caravan Points, Squad Rank, Caravan Rank, and more.
