Please read these Guidelines thoroughly and enjoy the world of MOMO Crash while adhering to the rules!
1. General Principles and Scope of Permission
- Regarding the MOMO Crash Demo Version released for Steam Next Fest (hereinafter referred to as "this Demo Version"), individual users are generally permitted to create and share gameplay live streams and video posts online as User-Generated Content, provided such activities are conducted within the scope of these Guidelines. We encourage you to share the fun with many others.
2. Permitted Content and Activities
- All game content playable through this Demo Version, including the title screen, as well as gameplay footage and streams, may be used for User-Generated Content.
- However, please refrain from intentionally extracting isolated elements from the game (such as specific video clips, audio tracks, text, etc.) and subjecting them to excessive editing or alteration (*) in a way that creates a misleading impression or significantly deviates from the original nature or intent of the game.
- (※ Excessive editing or alteration refers to modifications that may cause misunderstanding of the game's content or significantly damage the original work's image.)*
3. Monetization
- Monetization of User-Generated Content through systems provided by video streaming platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, etc., including advertisements, Super Chat, channel memberships, etc.) is permitted within the scope of these Guidelines.
- For any other direct commercial use of User-Generated Content (e.g., selling it, creating it in exchange for sponsorship, etc.), separate permission from the Company is required. If such activities are conducted without permission, the Company may request the removal of the User-Generated Content, and we ask for your prompt cooperation in such cases.
4. Use of In-Game Assets (Music, Illustrations, etc.)
- Assets included in this Demo Version, such as music, character illustrations, background images, UI elements, etc., may be included as part of the game screen within your gameplay streams or introductory User-Generated Content without issue.
- However, please refrain from extracting these Assets (especially music or individual illustrations) to be used as standalone content intended primarily for viewing/listening, or subjecting them to excessive editing, alteration, or modification.
- Furthermore, extracting game data or partial Assets from this Demo Version for separate distribution or sale is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Content and Activities
- User-Generated Content that violates laws or public order and decency, or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
- User-Generated Content that includes discriminatory, violent, or obscene expressions, hate speech, or any other content that may cause discomfort to others.
- User-Generated Content for the purpose of specific religious or political activities, or any similar objectives.
- Content that promotes or encourages acts that intentionally interfere with the gameplay experience, or exploits in-game bugs or specifications (e.g., cheating, hacking).
- Disseminating false information regarding the Company or any third party.
- Disseminating interpretations or images of MOMO Crash's game content or themes that are significantly misleading, or, contrary to the development team's intent, are excessively vulgar, violent, or sexually biased. (This game values "passionate expression for what one loves." We ask for your cooperation in creating Content that respects this point.)
