"MOMO Crash" Video Streaming & Posting Guideline(Updated 25.09.05)

To allow more people to experience the charm of this work, and to ensure that content creators can engage in their activities with peace of mind, we have established the following guidelines for video and stream posting regarding this work. Please read these guidelines and enjoy the world of "MOMO Crash" while adhering to the rules![/p][hr][/hr][h3]1. General Principles and Scope of Permission[/h3][p]For "MOMO Crash" (hereafter referred to as "this work"), the posting of gameplay streams (live streaming) and videos (hereafter referred to as "video content") on the internet by individual customers is, in principle, not an issue as long as it is within the scope of these guidelines. However, actions that fall under the prohibited acts described later will not be permitted.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]2. Usable Content[/h3][p]Streaming and video posting of the rhythm game portion of this work (including the play screen, result screen, and effects) is not an issue as long as it is within the scope of these guidelines. The title screen and menu screens are also included.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]3. Restrictions Regarding Story Mode[/h3][p]While we have restrictions on the story of this work to prevent spoilers, we welcome the publication of each character's episodes #01 and #02 to help people get to know the work. The streaming and posting of the story from episode #03 onwards (including gameplay footage and animation) is prohibited. Cutting out and publishing the animation parts of the story mode (cutscenes, event videos, etc.) by themselves is prohibited. Please only use them as they appear as part of a gameplay stream. Also, the act of transcribing and publishing the story's text or dialogue (full transcriptions, read-alouds, etc.) is also prohibited.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]4. Monetization[/h3][p]Monetization using the systems provided by video streaming sites (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), such as advertisements, Super Chat, and channel memberships, is not an issue as long as it is within the scope of these guidelines. If you wish to use video content for direct commercial purposes by other means (including corporate projects and tie-ups), separate permission from our company is required.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]5. Use of In-Game Assets (Music, Illustrations, etc.)[/h3][p]Assets included in this work, such as music, character illustrations, background images, and UI, are not an issue as long as they are used as part of the game screen within the scope of your gameplay commentary and introduction videos. However, extracting assets for standalone use, or altering, redistributing, or selling them is strictly prohibited.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]6. Prohibited Content and Activities[/h3][p]The following acts are prohibited. If a violation is confirmed, our company reserves the right to request the removal of video content, cessation of streams, etc.[/p]

- [p]The act of disclosing the story's text, direction, acting, etc., in a form that can be understood by third parties (including screenshots, transcriptions, read-alouds, etc.).[/p]
- [p]Posts that include material contrary to laws or public order and morals, or that infringe upon the rights of third parties.[/p]
- [p]Content that includes discriminatory, violent, or obscene expressions, hate speech, or other material that may cause discomfort to others.[/p]
- [p]Use for the purpose of specific religious activities, political activities, or similar objectives.[/p]
- [p]Content that intentionally obstructs the gameplay experience, or promotes or encourages the exploitation of in-game bugs or specifications (cheating, hacking, etc.).[/p]
- [p]The act of spreading false information about our company or third parties.[/p]
- [p]The act of spreading commentary or imagery about the theme or content of "MOMO Crash" that is grossly misleading, or excessively vulgar, violent, or sexually biased.[/p]
