Gods, Death & Reapers: Official Reveal + Closed Alpha 3.1 Begins
[p]Reapers, the time has come.[/p][p]Yesterday, at Future Games Show during gamescom 2025, we unveiled Gods, Death & Reapers (aka GDR), our ExtrAction RPG formerly known as Project Pantheon — and with it, the first full cinematic gameplay trailer. Even more exciting, Closed Alpha 3.1 has started, and you can sign up now to join the afterlife via Steam and show your gameplay footage to everyone. You read that right, the embargo has officially ended!
The gameplay is finally revealed[/p][p]“Gamescom 2025 marks a huge milestone for us as we finally get to share Gods, Death & Reapers’ official name and gameplay with the world,” said our Game Director Andrei Chirculete.[/p][p]“The game started from a simple idea: what if you could play an extraction game that looks like a top-down ARPG? Now, as Gods, Death & Reapers takes shape, we can’t wait to hear what players think, so we can build the best possible version together through the Closed Alpha tests.”

PvE modes are coming[/p][p]Just last week, we announced that we’re planning to expand the experience with a single-player story and PvE co-op modes for players who prefer the adventure without constant PvP pressure. For those adventurers and friendly souls, these new modes will let you experience GDR on your terms. You can read more about the announcement here.
