[hr][/hr][h3]FAQ: Registration and CBT Details[/h3][p]About CBT:[/p][p]Q1: Is there any difference between playing on Steam versus the official website launcher?[/p][p]No, none at all! The game content, features, and servers are identical. All CBT players can play together in the same ecosystem, regardless of which launcher they use. The only difference is the platform you use to log in and update the game.[/p][p]Q2: How can I check if my PC is able to run the Closed Beta Test?[/p][p]There are a couple of easy ways to check your PC's readiness:[/p]

1. [p]Manual Check: Please review the Minimum and Recommended Specs in the "PC System Requirements" section above and compare them to your own computer's hardware. You must meet the minimum requirements to participate.[/p]
2. [p]Automated Check on Discord: For a quick verification, please join our official Discord server and head to the #spec-check channel. Inside, you will find a simple tool and instructions on how to automatically check if your system is ready for the CBT.[/p]

[p]What if I meet the specs but still have problems? If your PC meets the requirements but you still encounter technical issues (like crashing, freezing, or poor performance) during the test, please report it to us! The best place to do this is in the #bug-reports channel on our Discord. Providing details will help us fix the issue as quickly as possible.[/p][p]Q3: Will my progress from the CBT carry over to the full release?[/p][p]No, all player data and progress will be completely wiped at the end of the test.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]Important Notes[/h3][p]Bug Feedback: Please remember that this is an early development build for the CBT. As such, you may encounter bugs, performance issues, or other instabilities. If you run into any problems during your gameplay, we strongly encourage you to report them! • [p]Visit the Fate Trigger official website and navigate to the "Squad Up to Play" event page.[/p]
• [p]Participate in the "Squad Up" event on our official website. Successfully forming a 4-person squad will grant all members guaranteed test access for our Official Website Launcher.[/p]

[p]Participate in Discord Events[/p]

• [p]Join our official Discord server and take part in special giveaways and community events. Winners will receive a Beta Key for our Official Website Launcher.[/p]

[p]Earn Access via Twitch Drops[/p]

• [p]Link your game account and watch partnered Fate Trigger streams during our official campaigns. By watching 60 minutes, you can earn a Beta Key that can be redeemed on Steam or the Official website.[/p]

[p]Receive an In-Game Friend Referral[/p]

• [p]Players already in the CBT can earn a shareable Beta Key by completing special in-game challenges. Your friend must then go to the official website to download the game launcher. After installing and running the launcher, they will be prompted to enter the Beta Key to activate their access.[/p]

[p]All Closed Alpha players will gain access to the Closed Beta Test[/p]

• [p]If you have participated in our last Closed Alpha test on Steam, you are all set! You will automatically receive access to the CBT directly in your Steam library. No further action is needed.[/p]
