We have some absolutely incredible news to share today — Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era hit over 500,000 wishlists on Steam!

This makes us top-1 in the Turn-based Strategy and among the top-10 titles in the Strategy categories in the official Steam Wishlist chart 🎉

This is beyond anything we've ever imagined, and we’re completely overwhelmed with gratitude. Seeing such an outpouring of support for Olden Era fills our hearts with joy, excitement, and pure appreciation. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for believing in us and this game.

And if that wasn’t enough, you folks absolutely crushed it with playtest requests — over 100,000 of them! That’s mind-blowing, and we can’t express how much it means to us. We truly wish we could welcome every single one of you, and we’re doing our best to get as many players in as possible. Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm!

Hello everyone!
We would like to thank you all for participating in our Arena tests!

We've received an enormous amount of feedback that we now have to analyze in order to improve future Arena experience and ensure that we meet all the technical standards we have set for ourselves.

We would also like to use this opportunity to apologise for not being able to bring in everyone. We can see how incredibly excited everyone is to get a chance to test, however our goals with this phase were to test our matchmaking, network and overall stability of the game. We got enough information to process and the team is really blown away by the quality of the feedback provided.

You exceeded our most wild expectations with the number of sign-ups x10 more than we anticipated !

For now we'll be shutting down the Arena Playtest as we go over the collected data and will let you know about additional stages once we have everything setup and ready. Once more thank you for your support and we'll let you know more soon!

The Triple-i Initiative — for all things indie and beyond — will take place on April 10th, 6pm CEST/9am PDT! We're happy to share that we plan to showcase something wild there!

What we can tell you about the event is that 30+ games will be present there to reveal their surprises to all of you. Last year the showcase had 35 announcements in just 45 minutes!

[h2]1. How to Sign Up for the Beta Playtest[/h2]

We are granting access to players through Steam Playtest. Follow these steps to sign up:

1. Go to the Steam Store page of Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era.
2. Locate the Playtest section and click on "Request Access".
3. Once you’ve signed up, wait for approval. Access will be granted in batches, so you may not get in immediately.
4. How to check if you got access:
- You will receive a Steam notification and an email from Steam when you’re granted access. You will also see your status on the store page for the base game.
- The game will automatically appear in your Steam Library under the name Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era Playtest.

[h2]2. Accepting the In-Game User Agreement[/h2]

Before playing, you must accept the in-game User Agreement. When you launch the game for the first time:

1. A User Agreement window will appear.
2. Carefully read the terms.
3. Click "Accept" to proceed.

If you do not accept the agreement, you will not be able to access the game.

[h2]3. How to Play - Accessing Arena Mode[/h2]

The signups for Arena mode begin today while the Arena mode will be available from March 17th to around March 28th.

- For a multiplayer match:
- Main Menu → Multiplayer → Find Opponent → Left Card: "Arena"

This is the only available mode during this stage of the playtest.

Summary (TL;DR)
