Thanks to your amazing support, we’ve reached over 100 reviews on Steam 💖, were selected for Game Devs of Color 2025, and also got featured in the Mexican Entertainment System. To celebrate this special milestone, we’re adding something many of you asked for: Spanish language support is now available! 🎉[/p][p]And that’s not all: we also have a brand-new Update 3.0 Trailer (without a budget). 🌍 Selected for both national and international showcases, steam sales and showrooms[/p][p][/p][h2]🎭 What Happened at the Festival Lúdico de Morelia[/h2][p]On July 26 and 27, we had the opportunity to present Breakout Epilepsia at the Festival Lúdico de Morelia, where we got to see players of all ages enjoying the game.
We handed out waifu stickers and posters, and most importantly, we witnessed people laughing, getting frustrated, cheering—and trying again until they succeeded.[/p][p]Some heartwarming moments:[/p]

Big Update! Version 1.5.2 – Now with Steam Cloud!

Hey everyone!
We’re thrilled to announce that Breakout Epilepsia now supports Steam Cloud! Your progress will be saved automatically, even if you uninstall the game or play on another device.

🆕 Key changes:

☁️ Steam Cloud enabled: Your save data is now stored in the cloud.

🛡️ Rebalanced Luna boss fight: Shield HP reduced from 50 to 40.

🕹️ Improved player hitbox: It’s smaller now, making it harder to die unfairly.

🌟 Visual tweak in Kira boss fight: The player sprite now glows with an outline.

⚠️ Basic anti-autoclicker detection: A light, non-intrusive measure was added. We don’t plan to add strict anticheat, but we disapprove of cheating.

🚫 "Cannot pause" warning added to the boss battle warning screen.

🧠 Updated warning about risks of playing Breakout Epilepsia.

🖱️ Updated control UI for better clarity.

🔢 Version number updated: now displaying 1.5.2.

🧩 Minor adjustments to Level 11.

⛔ FPS capped to 60 during boss battles for better stability.

💥 Breakout Epilepsia is now Steam Deck Compatible!

🔧 Main Update:
-Full Steam Deck compatibility is now available!
-A new input system has been implemented to enable complete controller navigation.

⚔️ Boss Balance Updates:

Luna:
-Health reduced from 300 to 280.
-"Celestial Spinning Dagger" attack removed.
-Slight delay added to attack spawns for fairer gameplay.

Kira Glitch:
-New opening move: "Duck Dive" — a fixed anchor drops at player spawn.

🎵 UI and Menu Improvements:
-New button in the main menu links to the official soundtrack by LosthinK.
-Updated button highlight colors for controller/Steam Deck: green, blue, and red (matching the order of in-game crystals).
-Level select now includes a "Return to Main Menu" button.
-Level menu button sounds removed.
-Level UI bugs fixed.

🧠 Bug Fixes & Design Choices:
-Fixed issue where players could relaunch the ball mid-flight in Breakout levels.
-Version number updated in the main menu.

🏆 Steam Achievement Visuals:
-Locked achievements now display in full color (representing the bosses still holding their crystals).
-Once unlocked, achievements turn black and white to reflect the loss of their power.
