The old Equipment mechanics were quite simple, offering only basic stat increases, and couldn’t support a progression path with independence and depth. To give builds more direction, make choices more meaningful, and bring more variety to combat, we decided to completely rebuild the Equipment system from the ground up—[/p][p][/p][h3]Here's what the new Artifact System includes:[/h3]

• [p]Over 190 new Artifacts: tons of fresh effects, mechanics, and build combinations to explore. Every run opens up new ideas and surprises.[/p]
• [p]Synthesis System: You now decide how your Equipment grows instead of relying on random Reforge results.[/p]
• [p]Combo System: As your build comes together, powerful chain reactions in the late game make battles even more satisfying.[/p]
• [p]Devour System: Unlock more Artifact slots and break free from the old 8-slot limit to expand your build creativity.[/p]
• [p]Upgrade System: Enjoy smoother early-game progression and faster power-scaling—more fun, less friction.[/p]
• [p]You can freely choose between the old Equipment system and the new Artifact system in the stage selection screen.[/p]

We want to start by saying thank you for the incredible support and passion you've shown for I Am Legion: Stand Survivor. Fueled by your enthusiasm, we’ve decided to do something huge: We're tearing it all down to rebuild it, better than ever!

To be clear, this isn't just a patch with a few tweaks. We are fundamentally reforging the gameplay from the ground up. Our goal is to break free from the old constraints and deliver a new experience that's richer, deeper, and packed with surprises.

In our first preview, we talked about our new direction. Now, in Part 2, we’re excited to finally dive into the details!
