Test Server Update - March 21st

Captains, following changes were deployed today, March 21st, on the Test Server:

• Adjusted and improved mast colliders for all ships to improve demasting (was too hard before)
  
• Adjusted mast HP for all vessels
  
• Adjusted hull thickness for select ships
  
• Reduced thickness bonuses for shipbuilding woods and modules
  
• Slightly weakened RAIDERS (lowering their speed and some other stats)
  
• Reworked gun penetration
  
• Adjusted angling
