April 18 Hotfix and Gameplay Improvements

Captains,

Following changes were deployed today, April 18th:

• Slightly improved ship angling by increasing the ricochet zone by 5 degrees.
  
• Reduced the hitpoints of the top mast section on all ships.
  
• Fixed a bug where some books were not recognized in combo book recipes.
