Conquest Truce: 23rd of December - 8th of January

The 2020 holiday conquest truce has been declared. Since update on 23rd of December all hostility missions and NPC raids will be unavailable until 8th of January 2021.
All pre-scheduled port battles will happen as planned on 23rd of December (and 24th of December before the daily maintenance.)
