Permit Weekend, Where is my shipment and St. Kitts loot events - September 22-25

Two loot events will run from daily maintenance on September 22nd until daily maintenance on September 25th:

• All traders carry increased numbers of crafting resources and rare woods

[h3]St. Kitts Event[/h3]

• St. Kitts 5 modules are available in the Admiralty, they can be exchanged for Broad Pennants that occasionally drop from 5th rates and higher
  
• Broad pennant will drop from military NPC ships

[h3]Drop chance for ships permits will be doubled until daily maintenance on September 25th[/h3]
