[/p][p]The following changes were applied in today’s hotfix (October 22):[/p]

• [p]Increased drop chances for common (non-collectible) books and higher-quality modules from sinking Open World NPC ships.[/p]
• [p]Delivery mission payouts increased by 30%.[/p]
• [p]Slightly increased damage and accuracy for fortification cannons.[/p]

Naval Action has returned to its roots in both gameplay and distribution: it is now a paid title.
[/p][p]Nothing changes for players who already own or previously downloaded the game:[/p]

• [p]Purchased before Steam Early Access (before January 2016)[/p]
• [p]Purchased during Early Access (January 2016 – June 2019)[/p]
• [p]Purchased after full Steam release and before F2P (June 2019 – 19 October 2022)[/p]
• [p]Downloaded the Free-to-Play version (19 October 2022 – 17 October 2025)[/p]
  • [p]As before, to access the Peace server, owners of the Free-to-Play version will need to purchase the Galeon DLC.[/p]

[p]All of the above players do not need to buy a new copy of the game.
[/p][p]For new buyers: Immediate access to the full game, including both the Caribbean and Peace servers.
