Congreve Guns Rebalance

[p]Captains,

Thanks to player feedback, we identified a balance issue with Congreve guns. [/p][p]These guns are meant to deliver very high broadside damage at the cost of a long reload. However, with the current parameters, Congreve guns become the best option if you fire full broadsides only when the ship’s slowest-loading deck is fully reloaded: on heavy ships this results in 30–40% higher damage per minute (DPM) compared to medium guns, even though Congreve guns already have massive broadside damage. [/p][p]We have rebalanced Congreve guns so that their DPM matches medium guns, while keeping their identity through 60% higher broadside damage.[/p]

Peace Server: Raiders Port Battles Available again

[p]Peace Server[/p]
- [p]The issue that prevented players from joining Raider Port Battles has been fixed[/p]
- [p]Ownership of ports lost because of this bug has been restored[/p]
- [p]Raiders Port Battles and conquest missions have been enabled[/p]
[p]On both servers, clans now have an 8-day cooldown between Raider Attacks on their ports[/p]
- [p]At least 8 days must pass after a Raider Port Battle before another one can be scheduled[/p]

Peace Server: Raiders Port Battles Temporarily Disabled

[p]Raiders Port Battles have been disabled on the Peace server due to an issue preventing players from joining battles.[/p][p]Ownership of any ports lost because of this bug will be restored at the beginning of next week.[/p]

January 9 Update: Conquest Truce Ends and Other Changes

[p]Conquest Missions are available after today’s daily maintenance (January 9).[/p]
[p]Christmas Event has ended.[/p]
[p]Updated recipes for modules obtained from Fishing.[/p]
[p]Finalized Fishing Zone composition.[/p]
[p]Fixed AI behavior bugs.[/p]
[p]Clans now have a 7-day cooldown between Raider Attacks on their ports.[/p]
