Loot event

New loot event will run from today (now) until Monday maintenance.

Main event

• Additional outpost permit, additional dock permit that can be crafted using special loot items
  
• If you already have the Navy Connection using the item will add even more outposts or docks (up to a total limit).
  

Search locations

WAR SERVER (PVP)

• South Antilles - French and Dutch ships
  
• East of Tumbado - area between Cuba and Tumbado. Spanish and Russian Empire ships
  
• South of Hispaniola. Russian Empire and Sverige ships
  

In case of capture of certain ports in the area nation of ships will change.

PEACE SERVER (PVE)

• South Antilles - French and Espana ships
  
• West of Tumbado - area between Cuba and Tumbado. Britain and Prussia ships
  
• South of Hispaniola. Britain and Denmark ship
  

Captains
Most players did not like massive repairs also known as ship printing.
This patch nerfs the repairs and their volume.



Modules - drop to 3% max
Books - dropped to 2% max
Perk - dropped to 4%
Port bonus - dropped from 5 to 2.5 max

Overall repairs were as a result cut at least by almost 2x.

There were additional changes and improvements to other stats on some modules and books depending on their rarity. Changes to leaks and influence of structure loss on turning and speed will come next week.

We understand that emotions can run high and some of players do not want to use pixels because they invested precious time into ports. But we support fair play and are against using alts in other nations to interfere in RvR.

If you use your alt in another nation to block the port battle or interfere with RvR - you can expect your alt and all your alts to be banned and XP and Money wiped, and ports set to neutral. 1st offence - 2 week ban for your account and 1 month for an alt used to block the port battle.

This ruling relates to cases where players use their own alts to help themselves.
Active use of characters in other nations to help other nations is still allowed (mercenary work).

There are multiple allowed ways to use other clans to do the same correctly: for example you can pay another real clan for this service. But please do not use alts.

Мы понимаем, что эмоции и нервы - это часть игры, но у некоторых игроков возникает желание нарушать правила и играть нечестно. Использование альтов для блокировки завоеваний или помех в портовых битвах - это против правил.

Игроки, которые будут использовать альтов для блокировки или помех в завоеваниях, будут наказаны лишением доступа к игре на две недели (и обнулением всех их альтов с месячным баном), и переводом городов в нейтральный статус.

Данное правило относится к случаям, когда игроки используют свои собственные альты, чтобы помочь себе. Активное использование персонажей в других нациях для помощи другим нациям все еще разрешено (наемная работа).

Существует множество этичных способов не дать захватить порт, включая покупку услуги от других реальных кланов. Но просьба никогда не использовать для этого альтов.

Improved NPC behavior when using battle sails, if under escape command NPCs will use full sails from now on.

Tuning:

• Fire will spread more rapidly under fire
  
• Fire ship fitting will also spread fire slightly faster
  
• Floating battery is now also reducing the yard power as it should be under heavy load. Floating battery speed is also reduced from -20 to -25%, Turning is also reduced from -10 to -20%
