Auroch Digital: A Studio Mad About Minis

[p]Hello, loyal subjects of the Emperor,[/p][p]We’re excited to bring you more development news from the blast furnaces of the munitorum very soon, but for our first update, we’re turning a spotlight on Auroch Digital’s boundless passion for Warhammer.[/p][p]Visiting our studio, it wouldn’t take long before you bump into someone who lives and breathes the hobby, and our collective interest in the Warhammer universe extends beyond making games. Across our development teams, there are numerous Warhammer hobbyists, from the collectors and painters to the tabletop strategists.[/p][h2]WE PAINT...[/h2][p]It’s fair to say we’re a creative bunch at Auroch, so it’s only fitting we have our very own creative club where members of the studio work on a wide range of passion projects in their spare time, including miniature painting. Some years later, I picked up some Kroot. Came back into 40k during the end of 9th. [/p][p][/p][h3]Joe – Programmer[/h3][p]What games do you play?[/p][p]Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar [/p][p]What factions do you play?[/p][p]Imperial Guard[/p][p]How did you get into the hobby?[/p][p]Used to go to wargaming sessions in the Warhammer shop on Saturdays but had to stop when there was a timetabling clash. Doesn’t quite beat Stu’s record, though![/p][p]Grant was the lead designer on Boltgun 1, below you can see a scene he made and painted with a load of enemies from the game.[/p][p][/p][p]So, there you have it!
