The score is calculated with the equation: Flow Rate x (Completed Flights / Received Flights - Conflict % Time)
Flights are counted as completed for approach control when arrivals touchdown and when departures are successfully directed towards their route and handed off to enroute control. Received flights are based on flight strips received on arrival handoff from enroute and departure handoff from tower. Conflict % is the sum of the time radar tracks are in conflict over the total shift duration.
