SAVE Alpha Test Closure Notice l What's Next?

Hello, Everyone,

Before we begin, we’d like to thank everyone for their incredible support and participation in the Alpha Test. We hope that you guys had a blast playing SAVE!

We sadly have to inform you that on December 20th, we will be closing the playtest!

When there is bad news, there is good news! The good news is that we will be back with a DEMO of SAVE in February 2025 with new content, more, and improved gameplay! Moreover, we have all heard your feedback regarding narrative, co-op, monsters, etc. We greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions and will reflect on your feedback. Moreover, we will develop and incorporate it as the key to making SAVE.

Moreover, shall we review our responses to your feedback and examine the new content in the demo?
Frequently Asked Question🤔
[h5]Q: In the future, will there be some narrative to the game?[/h5]

I felt that the connection between the teaser and the alpha test was lacking in the story. The religious yet terrifying atmosphere was particularly captivating in the teaser. Still, in the main game, there was not much of a narrative we had expected.

A: Thank you for showing interest in our story and atmosphere. We’re planning to deliver the narrative in various ways, going beyond simple text-based storytelling. Additionally, the horror atmosphere will be further enhanced as key features are gradually implemented. The religious and psychological horror experiences showcased in the teaser will also be a core part of the full game’s content.

[h5]Q: Will more horror elements be added in the future?[/h5]

The teaser showcased a highly realistic and religious atmosphere, creating a unique element of horror. However, in the current version, while tense situations like being chased by monsters have been added, it feels like the horror elements from the teaser have been reduced.

A: We fully understand and agree with the points you’ve raised, and we are working on improvements to address them. As the planned elements are introduced, the ship will transform into an even more grotesque and horrifying environment. Additionally, areas related to the religious atmosphere will be revealed soon, so you can look forward to more intense and immersive horror elements in the future.

[h5]Q: When will the co-op feature be supported?[/h5]

The gameplay goal of collecting money seems fun, but it feels like co-op play would make the experience significantly better.

A: Cooperative gameplay is one of the core directions of our game. In the upcoming demo version, we’ve prepared multiplayer content tailored for a 4-player experience. Moving forward, we’ll introduce a variety of elements to further enhance the fun and engagement of cooperative play.

[h5]Q: What direction will the gameplay take in the future?[/h5]

In the alpha test, I experienced two gameplay styles: finding and using lifeboat-related items to escape and collecting items to reach a target goal. Each had its pros and cons. What direction will the gameplay take in the future?

A: We are currently designing the gameplay around multiple mission types, combining elements from the alpha version and the teaser. In the full release, you’ll be able to fully experience these diverse escape mechanics and missions as complete content. Stay tuned for what’s to come!

[h5]Q: Will there be single-player content for single players?[/h5]

If the game emphasizes co-op play, many players who enjoyed the single-player experience from the teaser might feel left out. Will there be a separate single-player mode?

A: While we are focusing on developing cooperative gameplay, we are also implementing safeguards to ensure an equally immersive single-player experience. In single-player mode, you’ll face even more isolated and challenging situations. However, we’ve prepared special rewards that make it worth the challenge, so we encourage you to take it on solo as well!

[h5]Q: Will there be new monsters and improvements of the monsters in the future? [/h5]

The initial appearance of the monsters was great, but their movements and behavior afterward felt somewhat lacking. Can we expect new monsters to be added?

A: Through testing, we have identified issues with the monster AI and movement, and we are actively working on improvements. In future updates, you can expect more refined AI, immersive movements, and additional monsters designed to maximize tension and elevate the horror experience.
What to expect in the future?🚀
As the technical test is over, we will be going on developing more features and enhancing the gameplay. Here are some upcoming features you guys can expect in the future:

New Varieties of Mission
Coop System & Voice Chat System
Cosmic Phenomenon
Narrative
And More…..

We hope you guys like what we have prepared! Moreover, we will be posting dev logs about our WIP (Work in Progress) and our new features as we make progress in our development! So, be sure to follow and wishlist SAVE for upcoming news!
