Patch 1.01: Hot Fix

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone of the 8000 of you who picked up the Gnomes over the last couple of days. Gnomes has been an overwhelming success. We never expected this and we couldn't have done it without you!

Patch 1.01
- Fixed multiple shop items bug, balisong bug
- Increased OpenGL version compatibility
- Logs should be better for crash / not starting bug etc
- Fixed ordering in screenshots
- Improve steam API usage, please notify me of further issues with achievements and leaderboard
- I also recommend performing save and exit / continue on a fat endless run to manually trigger leaderboard save
