[Feb 24] Server maintenance notice
We would like to inform you that server maintenance is scheduled for February 24 from 02:00 ~04:00 PST
• 05:00 ~ 07:00 EST
 • 10:00 ~ 12:00 UTC
 • 11:00 ~ 13:00 CET

The primary focus of this maintenance is adjusting server regions. During this test period, we identified several network connectivity issues, with a significant number of cases occurring between China and East Asia servers.

These issues have led to connection failures and unexpected negative gameplay experiences for some players. We sincerely apologize to those affected.

Over the weekend, our development team explored possible solutions and decided to relocate servers to regions expected to provide more stable connections.

To minimize confusion during this process, the region names will be updated as follows:
As-is
• Southeast Asia
 • East Asia
To-be
• China·SEA
 • KR·JP

With this change, we anticipate a significant improvement in network stability, particularly for players in China. We will continue to closely monitor the situation after the update and prepare additional measures in case similar issues arise.

For more details on other changes, please refer to the upcoming patch notes.

Thank you.
