Armored Princess gets a glow up!
[p]Hello everyone! Some of you already know about this, but lately we’ve been making updates to King`s Bounty: The Legend. And it so happens that because of how similar those games are, we are able to release the same QoL updates to Armored Princess too![/p][p][/p][p]For now, they will be kept in a beta branch of the game, so we can test them thoroughly before releasing them to the wider public.
[/p][p]To access the Open Beta branch, head to your Steam Library, right-click King's Bounty: Armored Princess, left-click Properties, left-click Game Versions & Betas and from the drop-down menu select the option "update_beta". Your Steam client will then download the Update.

[/p][p]All of this leads perfectly to the fact that the whole King’s Bounty series is participating in the Steam Spring Sale starting today till 26th of March. This is the best time to dive in (or to force your friends) to the series, so you better not miss a chance like this.[/p][p]

- [p]Removed black side bars when playing in 16:9 resolutions. Proper modern standards like 1920×1080 are now fully supported.[/p]
- [p]Improved UI readability, with several interface elements and fonts increased in size. Easier on the eyes, especially on larger screens.[/p]
- [p]Doubled the maximum zoom-out distance. More battlefield, more context. The more, the merrier![/p]
- [p]Improved several graphical elements, including the main menu background, to ensure correct display when playing on ultra‑wide screen resolutions.[/p]
- [p]Fixed the Defeat screen. Its appearance may still vary depending on the resolution, but the “Load” and “Continue” buttons now always appear and are available to click.[/p]
- [p]For the following resolutions: 1280×1024, 1680×1050, 1920×1080, 2560×1080, 3440×1440, and 3840×1600, it is now possible to select a save file with the mouse on the Defeat screen. For other resolutions, mouse selection is not guaranteed, but selection via keyboard arrow keys with confirmation using Enter is always available.[/p]
- [p]Fixed the Victory screen for ultra‑wide resolutions. The “Continue” button now always appears and is clickable.[/p]
- [p]Fixed minor black bars on the loading screen at 1366×768 resolution.
