Patch 1.0.17

Fixed a bug where you could dig up batteries with something other than a shovel.
Reduced the cooldown timer for the save terminal.
Made the shovel more visible.
Changed the map for finding the password.
Added explanatory notes to the devices for re-obtaining items.
Other minor changes.
