Update for Demo (splitscreen)

Demo updated to version 0.2.

Added split screen multiplayer (up to 2 players), compatible with online multiplayer.
Added new enemy and other new content.
Added map menu.
Added manual save terminals.
Bug fixes.
Other minor changes.
