MINOS: Home A-Labyrinth releases today! And it's FREE!
Ho ho ho!
[p][/p]
It seems that Asterion tried to decorate the maze for Christmas. And it didn’t go too well. ːsteammockingː But while the labyrinth is still standing, we do have a festive announcement to share…
[p][/p][p]Kicking off Jingle Bells[/p][p][/p]
Ever since the announcement of MINOS, some of the players who participated in our playtests or played the demo, joked that the game feels like a certain holiday-themed, trap-setting, kid-outsmarts-the-intruders classic. So, for the Christmas season, as a joke (and a very calculated marketing ploy), we hacked a portion of our own unreleased game into a festive, legally-distinct homage to that vibe, and decided to release it for free TODAY. ːsteamhappyːːsteammockingːːsteamhappyː
[p][/p][p][/p]
Oh, and what's really cool is that some of the art we swapped was made by the kid of our Creative Director. The kid's name is Antek, and he's just slightly older than a certain Kevin, who inspired MINOS: Home A-Labyrinth.

Anyway, we hope you'll enjoy this holiday special over the Christmas period, while waiting for the release of MINOS next year!
[p][/p]
You can snatch it for FREE here:
[p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p]
Have A Very Merry Xmas!

Welcome to the Labyrinth

[p]Hey everyone![/p][p]We're Artificer, the folks behind Showgunners and Sumerian Six, and today we finally get to tell you about Minos, our next game. It's a maze-building roguelite where you are the Minotaur, designing labyrinths, setting traps, and turning every glory-seeking wannabe hero into your next victim. [/p][p]This is a concept that's been brewing in our heads for years, and we couldn't be more excited to bring it to life with Devolver.[/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p][/p][p]Artificer has always been about making thinky games. Not pure action, not pure strategy, but something in-between. Minos is our wildest take on that yet, and also the closest to our hearts. Expect shifting stone mazes, setting up wildest combination of chain-reaction traps, and a monster who might not be the monster after all. [/p][p]Minos is launching in 2026, but you don't have to wait to step inside the labyrinth. The demo is live right now, so dive in, build your labyrinth, and share your feedback with us on Steam or by joining our Discord. We'd love to know what you think. [/p][p]-Artificer[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
