[/h3]A) If you're having trouble launching the game, please try the following steps to resolve the issue.

① Restart Your PC
Restart your computer and try launching the game again

② Verify Game Files via Steam [Click here for details]
1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
2. Right-click on Game of Thrones: Kingsroad in your Library or click the gear icon on the right side of the game's Library page
3. Select "Properties..." from the dropdown menu
4. Go to the Installed Files tab and click "Verify integrity of demo files"

③ Reinstall the Game
1. Launch Steam
2. Right click Game of Thrones: Kingsroad and select "Manage"
3. Select Uninstall
4. Reinstall the game after uninstallation is complete

④ Check Your Antivirus & Security Software

4. Click "Download and Install"

③ Network Driver Update
1. Open Device Manager and expand the "Network adapters" section
2. Double-click the network card name, then select the Driver tab to check the driver date
3. If the driver is not up to date, visit the network driver manufacturer's website to update to the latest version

[/h3]A) The Netmarble account linked to your Steam account during the demo period will be retained; however, all game data will be deleted.

Upon official release, you will be able to log in using the same account information used during the demo in order to play Game of Thrones: Kingsroad again.
