Partner Creator Plus - [Supporter FAQ]

Greetings, Lords and Ladies.
We’ve put together a [Supporters] FAQ to help guide those who wish to support the creators of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad through the Partner Creation Plus program.

[h3]Q. How do I support a creator?
[/h3]
A. If you’d like to support a Game of Thrones: Kingsroad creator, you can do so through the [Support Now] link on the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Partner Creator Plus page.
Enter the creator’s ID to begin your support.
If you want to see more creators for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, you can discover a variety of them through [Recommended Content] or [Creator Promotion Page].
[h3]Q. How do I find a creator’s ID?

A. Search for the creator on the [Creator Ranking] page.
A content creator’s ID will be displayed below their name.
You can also check the creator ID on each creator’s homepage.
[h2]2️⃣ How to Use Coupons

[h3]Q. How can I check the coupons I received from a creator?
[/h3]
A. You can view your coupons through [My Page (Supporter)] - [Received Benefits] - [History of Received Coupons].
[h3]Q. Are there any restrictions upon using coupons provided by creators?
[/h3]
A. Coupons from the same season can only be used once per account. If you received coupons for the same mission from multiple creators, you can only use one of the coupons.
For example: If you receive a Season 1 Mission Coupon from both Creator A and Creator B, you can only use one of the two coupons. (Duplicate use is not allowed)
Also, please be aware that expired coupons cannot be used. Be sure to check the expiration date and use them before they expire!

[h3]Q. How can I check my support history?

A. You can view your support history through [My Page (Supporter)] - [Past Support History].
[h3]Q. What happens to the Partner Points if I cancel a purchase?
[/h3]
A. If you cancel a purchase, the Partner Points from that transaction earned by the creator will also be canceled.
[h3]Q. What is the support limit?
[/h3]
A. There is no specific support limit during a season. Supporter activities can continue throughout the entire season.
Once a season ends, Partner Points can no longer be earned, and points will not accumulate until the beginning of the next season.
[h3]Q. I made a payment without selecting a creator. Is there a way to get the points back?
[/h3]
A. If you didn’t enter a creator ID, there is no way to identify the creator you intended to support, so Partner Points will not be distributed.
Partner Points are distributed starting from the moment you register your support by entering a creator ID. Partner Points will not be credited for payments made prior to registering a creator.

[h3]Q. How do I cancel my support to a creator?
[/h3]
A. If you no longer wish to support a creator, you can stop supporting them through [My Page (Supporter)] - [My Support List] under the list of creators you support for each game.
You can stop supporting a creator by selecting [Discontinue Support] below their name.
[h3]Q. How can I change the creator I’m supporting?
[/h3]
A. You can only support one creator per game. If you wish to support a different creator, you must first cancel your current support. After canceling your current support, you can register the new creator’s ID by selecting the [Support] button on the creator’s page (from the Ranking page or creator’s homepage).
You can also manage this through [My Page (Supporter)] - [My Support List] and remove the current creator before registering a new one.
* Please note you can only discontinue creator support once a day, which is reset at 4 PM (PT) daily.

[h3]Q. I think a creator has violated the Content Creator Policy. How can I report this?
[/h3]
A. In accordance with Netmarble’s Creator Plus Policy, inappropriate behavior during broadcasts and content creation is strictly prohibited. Creators found violating this policy may be suspended.
If you notice any inappropriate behavior in a creator’s content, please submit a 1:1 inquiry through our customer support center.
When submitting your inquiry, please include the URL of the content in question along with screenshots of the issue so that it can be reviewed internally.
[Creator Policy Violations]
1. Sharing or posting obscene or inappropriate content, linking to obscene sites, sending or spreading words, sounds, writing, pictures, photos or videos that cause humiliation, disgust, or fear to others.
2. Engaging in, imitating, inducing or promoting illegal speculative activities or practices.
3. Posting, distributing, collecting, or storing other people’s personal information without consent.
4. Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
5. Using another creator’s account or providing a creator account to others to repeatedly participate in Netmarble’s Partner Creator Plus events, claim rewards, or similar activities.
6. Employees of the company (including affiliated companies) and their immediate family members (including spouses) using their own or others’ accounts to act as Netmarble Partner Creators.
7. Engaging in behaviors that harm the emotional development of minors (e.g. excessive profanity, inappropriate clothing or remarks, etc.) or exposing content related to harmful substances or sites.
8. Discriminatory or derogatory behaviors based on disability, region, religion, race, gender, etc.
9. Requesting others to progress in the game on your behalf (game boosting) or using another’s account to play the game.
10. Using unauthorized programs or applications to play the game.
11. Distributing restricted or private information.
12. Engaging in any behavior that violates applicable laws or goes against public morals and social norms.
All reported content will be carefully investigated, so please be mindful that it may take some time to analyze a reported case.
We also ask for your understanding that it might be difficult to take action if there’s not enough evidence, or if it is not possible to confirm the reported behavior during the investigation.
