As this is a significant moment for introducing Game of Thrones: Kingsroad to many of you, we’ve been working hard to ensure the best possible experience. However, the final preparations for your journey through Westeros have taken longer than anticipated.

Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to open the gates and send you on your adventure as swiftly as possible, and we kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

Additionally, as a token of our gratitude and sincere apologies for your patience, we will be providing the following compensation:

■ Compensation Claim Period: After Early Access launch - March 27, 1 PM (PT)

* This compensation can be claimed once per account.
