Greetings, Lords and Ladies.
This is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad team.

A server patch is scheduled to address several issues identified in the game.

- After March 28, 2:20 AM (PT) (Approx. 30 minutes)
* The patch schedule is subject to change.

[h3]☑️ Patch Details[/h3]
- Server stabilization
- Fix an issue causing intermittent game crashes.
- Fix the issue where the 30 RP Recharge Tickets that were distributed as rewards were deleted for some players.
* The 30 RP Recharge Tickets that were removed will be redistributed at a later date to players who were affected.

[h3]☑️ Compensation for Deleted Items [Updated on 4/7, 12:04 AM (PT)] [/h3]
- We apologize for the delay in verifying the players affected by the issue in question. Please see the compensation details below.
Compensation: 30 RP Recharge Ticket x Deleted amount
Eligible Recipients: Characters who received the items in question but could not use them before they had been deleted
Claim Period: April 6, 11:00 PM - April 22, 07:59 AM (PT)
* The compensation will be distributed to your in-game mailbox. Please make sure to claim them within the specified period, as unclaimed items will be deleted afterward.

- Due to potential changes in quest progress and other game content, we strongly recommend logging out of the game from a safe area before the patch is applied.
- Please refrain from using daily content and buff items until after the patch has been completed, as game connection may be unstable.
