4/28 Update Notes

This is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad team.
Today we bring you details regarding the update taking place on April 28th (PT).
This update includes improvements and fixes for ongoing issues within the game. Be sure to check the patch notes below and enjoy your adventure!

[h2]■ BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS

➤ Adjusted the reward drop rate for defeating sheep in the field.
➤ Adjusted the activation chance and number of additional items gained upon activating the Master of Herbalism / Master of Hunting nodes in the Support Trait Tree.
📢 We understand that Copper acquisition is an important aspect of your gameplay, and will continue to closely monitor and make improvements to the balance around it. To support players in the meantime, we will be running various events, such as the Weekend Bonus Time, leading up to the official release. Furthermore, as part of our ongoing efforts to improve Copper balance, we will be providing 100,000 Copper to all players via in-game mail (one time per account) upon logging in after the update.

➤ Increased the quantity of bait crafted at once for Ferocious Beasts.

➤ The base reward of daily free Copper acquired from the shop under Support/Convenience > Special Sale has been changed to a Copper Pouch.
↪ Before: Copper x2,000
↪ After: Copper Pouch x1 (Obtain one of the following: 2,000/6,000/12,000/30,000 Copper)
➤ Increased the reward for the first stage of Daily Missions (2,000 ➜ 4,000 Copper).

➤ Improved the combat difficulty and quests in early areas.
➤ Lowered the difficulty of the Echoes of the Past in the Dreadfort region.
➤ Removed the entry requirement for the first Altar of Memories dungeon (Blue Cockatrice of the Shores of Dorne) and lowered the difficulty.

➤ The World Boss spawn cycle has been adjusted from every 1 hour to every 2 hours in order to allow more players to gather and enjoy battles together.

➤ Backend server optimizations have been implemented to improve overall stability.
➤ Fixed an issue where players could play the game after pressing the ESC button during game startup under certain conditions.
➤ Fixed an issue where players were occasionally unable to claim the Episode Completion Package reward for clearing Episode 11 after completing all main quests.

➤ Fixed an issue where players could fall through the terrain when hit by the Giant Bear during combat.
➤ Fixed an issue where players could not progress Bandit Camp [Whispering Farm] after leaving and re-entering mid-progress.
➤ Fixed awkward attack animations for the boss in Bandit Camp [Whispering Farm].
➤ Fixed an issue where players were occasionally moved outside the terrain when hit while mounted.
➤ Fixed an issue where characters could move through certain narrow gaps in terrain.
➤ Fixed an issue where the HP recovery effect of the Assassin’s Seasoned Strike trait was not applied properly.
➤ Fixed an issue where bosses in Ferocious Beast battles continued chasing players after leaving the combat area.
➤ Fixed an issue where Echoes of the Past would fail under certain conditions.
➤ Fixed an issue where defeating the Red Cockatrice would not summon the Blue Cockatrice upon playing Altar of Memories - Cockatrices of the Shores of Dorne.
➤ Fixed an issue where skills could not be swapped upon consuming certain draughts.
➤ Fixed an issue where characters could become stuck and move abnormally during combat under certain conditions.
➤ Fixed an issue where characters would move abnormally after reviving under certain conditions.
➤ Fixed an issue where the World Boss Drogon would not spawn at certain times.
➤ Fixed an issue where Ferocious Beast battles did not proceed normally under certain conditions.
➤ Fixed an issue where reconnecting to the game during the Beyond the Wall Expedition tutorial would prevent further tutorial progress.

➤ Fixed an issue where players were unable to progress White Harbor’s City Mystery [Wandering Minstrel's Poem] after reconnecting to the game while talking to Helga.
➤ Fixed an issue where the quest [Negotiating Poison] occasionally did not track properly under certain conditions.

➤ Fixed an issue where other characters’ movements were displayed awkwardly after rolling.
➤ Fixed an issue where movable boxes in certain Historic Sites occasionally could not be interacted with.
➤ Fixed an issue where players had difficulty moving from on top of a box to another object after having moved the box in question in certain Historic Sites.
➤ Fixed an issue where the character would dodge in a different direction after performing a Short Evasion after an Evasion Attack, even if no directional input was made.

➤ Fixed an issue where the key to a treasure chest in a Bandit Camp in Highgarden could not be sold or discarded after it became useless.
➤ Fixed an issue where the signpost information shown in World Map > Exploration Gauge > Signposts did not match the actual discovered signposts.
➤ Fixed an issue where some signpost names in World Map > Exploration Gauge > Signposts for each region were displayed in a different language.
➤ Fixed an issue where parties could not be created upon playing the game in gamepad mode.
➤ Fixed an issue where pressing the Y button after navigating to Exit in the main menu on gamepad mode would not trigger the exit action.
➤ Fixed an issue where a Logic Error message was displayed when leveling up a trait under certain conditions.
